This video is called “Owl loves a good scratch”. I could almost not believe my eyes. Yes it does. Amazing! I had to share it with you guys right away!
I didn't know that people had pet owls, let alone that an owl would be so accepting to being a pet. I mean who does that sort of thing except zoos and living museums, and even then, you certainly don't expect them to think they are a cat or a dog. I'm flabbergasted and can't get enough. I wish I knew someone who had a pet owl so I could try this out. I'd get one of my own but first, it's illegal, and second, I don't fancy cleaning up their mess or feeding them what they prefer to eat, and third of all, if I let them go out hunting, my heart would hurt untill it came home safe and sound.
Now, I wonder which is better, having a girl owl as a pet or a boy owl. And what would you name him or her?

It's eyes kind of remind me of the Furbies that my kids used to have.
LOl, That's exactly what I thought of!!!! Totally true.
I am currently reading a book titled, Wesley the Owl. It's about a biologist who raises a barn owl who can not survive in the wild due to a physical issue. It's ironic that you have written about this. We are always close to being on the same page.
Hope all is well with you. I haven't heard from you for awhile. I'm been so busy and not able to computer as much as I want to. Looks like you are still going strong!
envisionhope! Yay! Hi! It's been forever. How funny, I've been thinking a lot about you for the last month. I even popped over to your pages on wordpress to see what you were up to. I figured you were so busy. I hope the job is going great. If you get the chance, call me. I had phone and computer issues off and on for a while over the summer and I haven't been good about refinding people's info and I keep spacing that I can e-mail, duh.
