Freida, that's awesome. I didn't even know you could insert a "moving picture" into a website like that. I just created the character and hit the "print screen" button on the keyboard, then just pasted it in Paint and saved the picture as a jpg.
Next thing we should try is animation with voice-over! Then you can create your own simpsons episode!
I've found a program ages ago (Crazy Talk??) and downloaded a trial. It allowed me to open a photo (any photo), then move dots over it over the corners of the eyes, nose, mouth etc. Once those points were defined, you could just record some audio and it would animate the picture for you based on that. Really cool...should look into that again!
